CrossFit

This is our staple program. CrossFit is a fitness program designed for anyone who desires results, regardless of experience and/or background. CrossFit will utilize components of Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Dumbbells, Kettlebells, body weight movements, and cardio endurance. The workouts will be different each day, ensuring you never get bored. These 1 hour classes have everything you need to be in the best shape of your life!

FIT

Functional Interval Training.  FIT is a Total Body Conditioning Program using Bodyweight Movements, Kettlebells, Air Bikes, Rowers, Dumbbells, and much more. Designed for High Calorie Burn, Muscle Definition, and Toning. Each 45 minute class is held in a Coach Led Group Setting to Motivate and bring you an Exceptional Fitness Experience. Get Real Results Now with FIT.

Personal Fit

PersonalFit is built Specifically for You and Your needs. Coach Kolin Theede and his team will conduct a Private Screening, Movement Examination, Goals Review, and build a program Specifically Designed for You. The Personal Coaching Team will work around your schedule to ensure you results inside and outside of the gym.

Open Gym

Are you a lone wolf, following a specific exercise regimen, or just want more time in the gym?  If group training isn't for you, we allow Open Gym use of our facility at certain times.  We'll provide the equipment and space, you just do you.
