As the owner, Kolin Theede is a Certified CrossFit Trainer (CF-L3). This is a prestigious credential that fewer than 500 people in the world have. This high level of training and knowledge has allowed Kolin to create an effective and safe training program. He leads an incredible staff who are dedicated to ensuring proper movement. 3- CLASSES- Time is precious. Finding time to workout can be hard. That’s why we have designed workouts that are specifically designed to maximize your results in as little time as possible. We offer several types of group classes that are all under 1–hour in length. Within the class, you will properly warm up and burn hundreds of calories during a great workout! Each step of the class is guided by one of our elite trainers which allows your time in the gym to be used in the best way possible. We focus on full body workouts. This allows us to burn more calories in a shorter amount of time while also toning and strengthening muscles!

4- NUTRITION- In reality, the biggest impact on health is nutrition. Yet, most gyms completely ignore nutrition. Or, they push an unhealthy diet on you that is designed to drop weight in the short term, but is a recipe for disaster in the long term. We take an approach to nutrition that is designed to be sustainable. We want to work with each of our clients to slowly change lifestyle habits for the better.
