Sports Performance Training
Creating the areas top athletes by building on a solid athletic foundation while staying focused on each athlete's individual goals. Our unique program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction, speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense 45-minute workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety.

Jr Varsity- Grades 5-8**
This is the perfect program to teach young athletes the basics and create lifelong habits of health. We focus on mechanics and consistency, teaching the athletes proper form. This creates an amazing base as they move forward in athletics. Now they will have the advantage on and off the field. Our instruction will ensure they know proper lifting and movement techniques as they move into lifting heavier weights in the future.
Varsity- Grades 9-12**
Now it's time to step things up. We still work on mechanics and consistency, but now the focus moves toward intensity. This program is designed to make our athletes stand out. No matter if you are looking to make the varsity team or looking to land a college scholarship. This is the elite training that you need to have if you want to make it to the next level!
