2 Day/week- Come in to any two scheduled youth classes for the week!


Unlimited- Come to as many youth classes as you would like, up to 4 per week!

CrossFit Kids uses a combination of skill practice, workouts, and games to build strength, conditioning and self confidence. Our kids learn the importance of team building and encouraging each other! Come in and try a free class today!


No two classes are ever the same and they are all taught under the supervision of a thoroughly trained CrossFit Kids Trainer, which is what separates us from the rest! A majority of the kid/teen conditioning classes you find do not have coaches specifically trained in kids/teens, but we do!

-Have healthy bones, muscles, and joints
-Maintain a healthy body weight
-Have higher self-esteem and self-confidence

BUILDING ON THE MECHANICS AND CONSISTENCY OF OUR JV PROGRAM, WE NOW INTRODUCE HIGHER INTENSITY AND MORE TECHNICAL MOVEMENTS.
